By accessing or using VeloCards services provided by DigiStreets ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our services.

2. Description of Services

VeloCards provides virtual card services that allow you to:

• Create instant virtual debit cards for online payments
• Fund cards using cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, USDT, and other supported currencies)
• Make purchases anywhere Visa and Mastercard are accepted online
• Manage multiple virtual cards through our dashboard

3. Account Registration and Verification

3.1 Account Types

We offer different account tiers with varying limits:

• Email Verified: $100 lifetime spending limit, 1 card maximum
• KYC Verified: Unlimited spending with identity verification
• Premium Tiers: Additional benefits for high-volume users

3.2 Eligibility

To use VeloCards, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not be located in a prohibited jurisdiction

3.3 KYC Verification

For unlimited spending accounts, you must complete our Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process by providing government-issued identification and other required documents. We reserve the right to request additional verification at any time.

4. Card Usage and Restrictions

4.1 Permitted Use

VeloCards may only be used for:

• Legitimate online purchases from merchants accepting Visa/Mastercard
• Subscription services and recurring payments
• Digital goods and services

4.2 Prohibited Activities

You may not use VeloCards for:

• Illegal activities or purchases of illegal goods/services
• Money laundering or terrorist financing
• Fraudulent transactions or identity theft
• Gambling or adult content (where restricted)
• Resale or unauthorized commercial use of the service
• Circumventing transaction limits or verification requirements

5. Fees and Charges

VeloCards charges fees based on your account tier:

• Card creation fees (varies by tier: $50, $30, $20, or $15)
• Transaction fees may apply to certain purchases
• Currency conversion fees for non-USD transactions
• Inactivity fees (for dormant accounts as specified in fee schedule)

Current fee schedules are available on our pricing page. We reserve the right to modify fees with 30 days' notice.

6. Funding and Cryptocurrency

Card funding requirements:

• Cards must be funded with supported cryptocurrencies before use
• Cryptocurrency is converted to USD at prevailing market rates
• Conversion rates may include spreads and processing fees
• Minimum and maximum funding limits apply
• Refunds are processed in cryptocurrency at the time of refund

7. Security and Account Protection

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of unauthorized access or security breaches
• Using strong passwords and enabling two-factor authentication

We are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account access due to your failure to maintain security.

8. Transaction Disputes and Chargebacks

For transaction disputes, you must notify us within 60 days of the transaction date. We will investigate disputes in accordance with card network rules. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension or termination.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account:

• For violation of these Terms or our policies
• If we suspect fraudulent or illegal activity
• To comply with legal or regulatory requirements
• For extended periods of inactivity
• At our discretion with or without notice

You may terminate your account at any time. Upon termination, remaining balances (if any) may be refunded subject to our refund policy and applicable fees.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VELOCARDS AND DIGISTREETS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VeloCards, DigiStreets, and our affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where DigiStreets is registered. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or dashboard notification. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
