Which cryptocurrencies are supported?
We currently support Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), and USDT. More cryptocurrencies will be added based on user demand.
How long does it take to create a virtual card?
Virtual cards are created instantly. Once you fund your wallet, you can generate a new card in seconds and start using it immediately for online purchases.
Are there any fees?
We charge a small card creation fee and a percentage-based transaction fee. There are no monthly maintenance fees for Starter tier. All fees are clearly displayed before you confirm any transaction.

Currently, VeloCards are virtual-only and designed for online purchases. Physical card support is planned for future releases.
What happens if my card is compromised?

How do refunds work?
Refunds are processed back to your VeloCards wallet as USD balance, which you can use to fund new cards or withdraw to your cryptocurrency wallet.
